Job Description

Position: HR Specialist or HR Assistant Manager

Reports to: HR and SafetyManager

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist Human Resource Manager
  • Perform administrative duties relating to HR and Safety
  • Prepare production reports
  • Administer PPE
  • Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates
  • Build teamwork and maintain positive morale
  • Assist with Employee recognition and rewards programs
  • All other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office and internet
  • Ability to keep internal and external employee information confidential
  • Flexible, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates reliability, dependability, attendance and good work ethics
  • Bilingual preferred(Korean and English)

Physical Requirements

* Could have periods of prolonged sitting

Education

  • 5 years on the job experience in an HR manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Labor laws, OSHA standards and regulations, and worker’s compensation laws

  • Associate may be asked to work at different facilities and or different

Positions transportation is not provided

  • Associate may be scheduled based upon production needs (rotate shift, 1st or 2nd shift, split shift)

  • This position is in a factory and could involve exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, noise and a hot or cold environment.
